General
– Addition of the missing ‘X has earned a Y stage Z Soul Crystal’ message upon successful Soul Crystal level up.
– From now on, players will no longer be able to set up private stores near NPCs.
– An issue which allowed players to setup a Private Store outside the designated Private Store zones has been fixed.
– An issue where a character with an active Buff Store would ‘bug out’ after using a Private Store action has been fixed. From now on, using a Private Store action while in a Buff Store will cancel the Buff Store.
– Addition of a potential fix for the issue where the ‘Raid Boss’ tab on the Community Board would not update after a Raid Boss would respawn has been fixed.
– An issue where players could teleport to a fortress during a fortress siege or during the Territory Wars has been fixed.
– An issue where the ‘X has obtained Y Z’ system message that is sent to party members would malfunction has been fixed.

PIE (PlayINERA Interactive Event) Engine
– From now on, upon leaving an event, players will be teleported back to where they were before being teleported to the event zone.

Skills
– An issue where the Halloween Spirit skill would overwrite effects received from Vote Reward potions has been fixed.

Items
– An issue where the cooldown of some items (i.e. Wondrous Cubic) would occasionally reset earlier than intended has been fixed.

The Fall Harvest Event
– An issue where Squash NPCs could be healed has been fixed.

Territory Wars & Fortress Sieges
– An issue where the Territory Manager NPCs in Dion, Heine & Oren were missing has been fixed.
– Issues associated with the Territory War quests have been fixed.
– An issue where badges could be exchanged via the Territory Manager while the Territory Wars were in progress has been fixed.
– An issue where an unsuccessful registration to a Fortress Siege would consume Adena has been fixed.
– An issue where the Battlefield Death Syndrome debuff could be removed using Cleanse-type skills has been fixed.
– An issue where members of a party undertaking a Territory War class quest would not receive a kill point if the killer had completed the quest has been fixed.
– An issue where Territory Catapults would regenerate HP while dead has been fixed.
– Reverted the change that matched retail on Knight Epaulette drop. From now on, Knight Epaulettes will only drop for characters registered to attack a fortress.
– An issue where the battlefield chat channel could not be used if a player that participated in the Territory Wars restarted has been fixed.
– From now on, the battlefield chat channel will be available 20 minutes prior to the Territory Wars.
