As promised, we have addressed the issue with high latency. The problem was congestion at our datacenter. Simply put, the machine we are running is highly resistant to DDOS, approximately 100gbps and to withstand such an attack, our datacenter announce our primary IP accross all of their internet providers across all data centers. This allows for combined bandwidth resources and essentially keeps us online during high DDOS situations. This mean’t that some traffic would travel to Los Angeles and back. So you were getting upwards of 200 to 300 ping as a result. The issue has now been resolved. We will updating our IP during this week’s maintenance again. This will further reduce your latency, even lower than it is now. We’re proud to have such a great datacenter and apologize for any inconvenience over the last 24 hours.

At PlayINERA, we take gaming seriously.

But more importantly, we value your support.

Thank you for your patience.
